Welcome!
My name is Claire Louden and I moved to Colorado in 2007 from Illinois. I began my massage therapy journey in 2009 at The Colorado School of Healing Arts in Fort Collins. The school specializes in a type of neuromuscular massage called Body Insight, a very therapeutic style that often requires active or passive movement from the client. I am very grateful to have learned this technique and I still use it in my practice today.
After living in Fort Collin and Denver, I made my way to Summit County in 2015. Like many others, I fell in love with all of the action sports the mountains have to offer. Pushing my body to the limit, between snowboarding, mountain biking, and rock climbing, I began to experience chronic pain interfering with my quality of life. I began to deepen my knowledge of physical and mental wellness.
I completed a 6 month sports massage program, a yoga teacher certification in India, studied the therapeutic world of Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), received my personal training certification through NASM specializing in corrective exercise, and completed a cupping myofascial decompression training. These courses have helped me deepen my understanding of the body in movement and how to address imbalances, injury, and recovery.
I am always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and share my passion.
Over the 15+ years I have been practicing massage, I have had the privilege of practicing in many different settings. Working with a chiropractor, physical therapists, at ski resorts, and overseas has helped make my practice multifaceted with different techniques to help relieve pain and tension in the body.
Bodywork is my passion and I hope to have the opportunity to share it with you!

My goal is to encourage clients to take control of their own healing and understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are. We will working together to gain self-awareness by intuitively listening to the body. By doing so, clients will gain knowledge of imbalances that are causing pain and tension patterns. Once we have the awareness of these imbalances, we can work to improve their performance and become proactive in avoiding injury.
Trust your intuition and begin your journey in healing.
