Cancelation Policy

Cancelations within 24 hours of appointment time will not receive back the $40 deposit to hold your appointment. Due to our current state, if you need to cancel due to feeling sick or being exposed with COVID-19. Please contact us directly and we will refund the deposit.

The Right to End Service

The therapist has the right to end the service at anytime if the client makes any inappropriate comments or gestures. If the therapist must end the session, the client will be charged for the entirety of the service.

Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds of our packages. All sales are final once you have committed to the package deal. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Right to Cancel or Suspend

If a client has multiple no shows, the therapist has the right to no longer provide services for that client. Refund details can be discussed at that time.
